The Low Profile series from Garone Custom Rods are designed for high performance and the utmost comfort. These rods are built 100% in house (literally in our house). Our proprietary 100% USA made carbon fiber blanks are paired with Fuji Alconite guides, a Fuji Deluxe DPS reel seat, and custom contoured grips for your comfort. The matte carbon blanks are wrapped in all black for a stealthy Low Profile look that flies under the radar, but packs a punch when it comes to performance. Don’t be fooled by the all black aesthetics, these rods feature the same exceptional the fit and finish as every Garone Custom Rod.
Everything about these rods is intentional. We’ve spent 18 months dialing in the action, feel and power of the blanks. We didn’t skimp on the details. The result is an off the shelf rod that fishes like a fine hand crafted custom build at a more affordable price and without the wait.

Tested extensively on Snook, Fluke, Tautog, Snapper and Striped Bass. They perform flawlessly for both jig (Fluke bucktails, Snapper and Tautog jighead with bait) and casting presentations soft and hard baits.

This rod pairs perfectly with modern 2500-5000 sized reels and are designed to be fished with braided line.
Currently we offer two 7′ (L and M) off the rack spinning models, but custom builds are also available in 7′, 7’6″, and 7’9″ lengths in both spinning and conventional guide layouts. The L model is slightly more moderate action (deeper bend) than the M model with a slightly crisper feeling tip, with the M having more backbone, faster action and softer feel to the tip.
